Yes,i my view i think we have lots of tenements today because united states is a freedom country .Every people had right to do anything they like except the social evil and unwanted activities, They got freedom here in united states so must of people are coming to united states. so because of that there is shortage of house so people use big house that is divided in different piece and stay there.
